You must also register on this board.
After receiving a shell account you must log into the Chat System at least twice a week or more.
Our chat system can be accessed by telnet chitchat.mooo.com port 23.

1. No Porn / Warez / Hacking / Illegal Stuff.
2. No IRCD’s!
3. Do not hog storage / memory.
4. Background processes are allowed!
5. Shells may not be used for commercial use.
