max user processes 15
max logins 3
background processes allowed
reasonable diskspace use (~100MB) / no hard quota
users may not open ports to external
no other restrictions as of now :>

+ screen/user crontabs
+ irc access with irssi/eggdrop
+ psybnc (ask the admin in #lobby to be added as a user)
